Updates restyling your home not only add value you to your life as you live in them, they also increase the value of your home. But according to a new survey from realestate.com, a handful of farmhouse mascots can actually help you sell your home for well above asking price. (Like, 25 percent above asking or more!)  Plus these features have some hidden health benefits. 

CLAW FOOT TUBS (+29 PERCENT)

We know, we wouldn't have guessed a soaked tub, but apparently the elegance of an old-school claw foot can literally make a sale.  Because who isn't motivated to take some me time in such an elegant space?  Plus, baths can elevate your mood, help you sleep better, relieve muscle pain, make your heart healthy, burn calories, relieve cold and flu symptoms, and sooth irritated skin.  

FARMHOUSE SINKS (+26 PERCENT)

Porcelain, apron-front sinks are a splurge kitchen choice for sure—but apparently they pay you back big-time in the long run. Plus, porcelain kitchen-sinks do not require as much maintenance as stainless steel. Less maintenance, more time to shine.
